In 45 minutes, you'll move through a full-body, high-intensity workout that blends the precision of Pilates with the power of resistance training. Every movement is slow, controlled, and designed to keep your muscles under constant tension — no momentum, no shortcuts, no wasted effort.
This is low impact on your joints, but high demand on your muscles, bones, and endurance. It challenges you, strengthens you, and reshapes you from the inside out.
But beyond the physical work, there's something deeper we cultivate in every class: confidence that starts within. Through breath, focus, and intentional movement, you learn to meet yourself with strength, presence, and self-trust.

Your First Class
What to expect

Book your spot
Reserve your machine when you book. Each spot is yours for the full class — no shuffling, no scrambling.

Arrive ten minutes early
Especially for your first class. Your instructor will walk you through the machine and the basics before we start.

The forty-five
Slow, controlled movements under constant tension. You'll find muscles you didn't know you had — and you'll thank them later.

After class
Plan to be sore in the best way. Most people are surprised by how much they feel it the next day, and how quickly they come back for more.
What to wear
- ✓Grip socks are required
- ✓Form-fitting clothing — you'll be moving in multiple planes
- ✓No shoes on the machine
- ✓Bring water
