This Privacy Policy explains how Greenhouse Lagree LLC(“GreenHouse Lagree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, sign up for our emails or texts, or interact with our advertising. We've tried to write it the way we'd want to read it — clearly, without legal filler.

1. Information we collect

When you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your email address, when you subscribe through our website popup, sign up via a Meta lead form, or contact us directly.
• Your name, if you choose to provide it.
• Your phone number, if and when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
• Automatically collected information, including your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit on greenhouselagree.com, and other usage data. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described below.

2. How we collect it

• Website forms and popups. When you enter your email or other information into a form on greenhouselagree.com.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms. If you submit your contact information through a Meta lead generation ad, Meta passes that information to us.
• The Meta Pixel. A small piece of code on our website that automatically reports certain actions you take on our site to Meta (such as page views and email signups).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about the studio, including opening updates, class availability, and member communications.
• Send you marketing emails, newsletters, and offers through our email service provider, Klaviyo.
• Run advertisements and retargeting campaigns through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so we can reach people who are likely to be interested in what we do.
• Measure how our website and advertising are performing, so we can improve them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to help us run our business:

• Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, which stores and sends our emails.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — for advertising, retargeting, and measurement via the Meta Pixel and lead forms.
• Mindbody — our booking and payment processor. When you purchase a membership or book a class, your booking information and payment details are processed and stored by Mindbody, not by us. We do not store your payment card information.

We may also disclose information if we're required to by law or to protect our rights, but that's not something we expect to do in the ordinary course of business.

5. Advertising and the Meta Pixel

Our website uses the Meta Pixel — a tool from Meta Platforms that helps us understand how visitors interact with greenhouselagree.com and lets us show relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

When the Meta Pixel fires, it sends Meta information about your visit to our site. We also share hashed customer data (such as your email address, scrambled before it leaves our systems) with Meta so they can match you to your Facebook or Instagram account for advertising and measurement purposes.

You can manage your ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram, and you can opt out of certain Meta advertising through your Meta account settings. You can also opt out of the use of cookies for advertising by visiting industry tools like the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

6. Your rights and how to opt out

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send you.
• Stop receiving texts (if applicable) by replying STOP to any text message from us.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

Because we operate in California and may collect personal information from California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act give you specific rights:

• The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information.

About “selling” and “sharing” under CPRA.We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under California's broader definition, our use of the Meta Pixel and our sharing of hashed customer data with Meta for targeted advertising may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising — even though no money changes hands.
